Every November, does your board lament "I wish we had time to integrate all of the good ideas I'm having right now into this year's End of Year appeal!"? If we're going to be different in 2024, now is the time to get started.

For folks who aren't in the day-to-day, it can be really challenging to make brain space for tactics in the future on top of everything happening right now.
