What We'll Cover

This workshop is all about creating an effective sponsorship program - and one that's more equitable and community-centric as well! We want to go from transactional to relationship-based so that you can craft - and launch - a compelling sponsor program!

During the interactive two hour workshop we'll cover:

• Getting started with an effective sponsor program
• Understanding what event sponsors want
• Creating a successful sponsorship deck
• Activating stunning sponsor perks
• Retaining the relationship post-event

With our step-by-step guide, you'll learn how to create an effective proposal, identify key decision-makers, and negotiate equitable partnerships with potential sponsors.

How We'll Spend Our Time Together

Land More Sponsors is an immersive two-hour workshop that will give you the tools - and the training - to land more sponsors. The workshop will cover:

• a 30-minute lesson on how to create a more equitable and effective sponsor program
• Breakout sessions to learn alongside other nonprofits
• Small group coaching with an opportunity to receive one on one feedback on your sponsor program and perks (must be one of the first 15 people to sign up to ensure you receive 1:1 coaching!)
• A customizable planning workbook, sample pitch decks and pitch deck templates, and a resource roundup of everything you need to start landing sponsors!

By the end of the workshop, we’re confident you’ll have a sponsorship game plan that is profitable and easy to manage!
